GELLERT appears surprisingly calm about the entire situation, although nobody there knows him well enough to actually be aware that calmness isn't his constant default setting. At home when the roars began, he would have made certain to strengthen the wards on the house....if he hadn't done so already. He also goes out in search of people to offer his assistance to, such as Ernie in a general sense - or Edwyn for patrol duties - and he probably goes out of his way to be a voice of reason (instead of being an absolute smart-arse) despite any panicking that others are experiencing. All in all, it looks like he's actually trying to be polite and helpful for a change.
Its just an absolute shame that everything that's happening is his fault.
