A slow, motherly smile crept across Ginny's face as she saw her son light up while talking about Neville's daughter. She thanked the waiter for the water and took a slow sip as she debated whether or not she ought to probe to find out if there was something already there between them or if he'd just like there to be.
"I'm glad you and Allie are still so close." She said, setting her glass of water down. "Sometimes friendships between 7 year olds don't last quite as well." She didn't want to pry, but she was itching to know whether or not her boy had a girlfriend. Or a potential girlfriend.
