Ginny laughed and gave him a gentle nudge. "Cheeky. I meant your brother, your father and your grandfather!" She clarified with a shake of her head. "Though, good to know you've got me covered in any case." She added with a wink.
It took her a moment to realize the context of his late answer, but only nodded when it occurred to her he was simply addressing her previous question. He might still be young for her, back at home, but she did know his tendency to get a bit distracted from time to time.
"I'm...good." She answered, really considering her words before committing. She knew that when Albus asked, he truly meant the feeling behind it and she liked to answer him honestly. "Especially seeing as we managed to get unstuck from the cabins and all." She shrugged. Things had been going well. Aside from Barty Crouch Jr. showing up and getting briefly trapped in the cabins, there wasn't much to complain about.
"How are you, duck? Everything alright? Staying out of trouble?" Honestly, it was hard for her to imagine Albus getting into trouble. James was the mischief maker in the Potter household. At least at the age Ginny was familiar with.
