Alice let out an honest laugh at his joke, nodding in agreement. “It’s true. Food is the way to the Gryffindor heart.” She smiled a bit. She snuggled into him more when he pulled part of his sleeping bag over her, careful to make sure they were both comfortable.
“I know it will. It’ll just take time, all of it will take time, but no one seems to want to let it. I mean… I can see that we’re all basically the same people. But… there is an adjustment period and yeah, its awkward, and things aren’t going to be like they are at home but…” She just sighed instead of finishing. “It’ll work out.”
