“It’s kinda similar, actually.” Alice said softly. “Dad is only eighteen here, and he’s trying, but its a lot to know that not only are your parents here in a capacity that you’ve never had before, but then to find out he has a wife and two children here that he knows nothing about. He’s only been here for like… I don’t know, a week or two, and last night I think a lot of stress and frustration came to a head on all sides and just made things worse.” Allie chewed her lip, “And I mean, Mum has a different parenting style, and comes from after Frankie and I are born, and she’s been here for years so she’s gotten used to the idea.
