"It is called labour. The very word screams menial, regardless of how one wishes to view or twist it. Most occupations in the real world are chosen by individuals because it is something that entices them, or something that they are good at, regardless if it holds some sort of purpose or not." He scowled a little. "No one in their right minds would put someone into an occupation when that person had little to no knowledge or experience of the occupation. That, more often then not, is a recipe for disaster."
