That was good to year. She wasn't sure she liked staying in a place where she could change age without even a moment's notice. Admittedly, it would have been fun to see Draco at forty-two. "Were you already developing those distinguishing wrinkles at forty-two?" she couldn't help but ask, an amused smile on her face.
"And I imagine your children would be brilliant! I don't mean to stroke that ego of yours, but, well, you weren't an idiot." Maybe he'd made bad choices, but that didn't mean Draco was an idiot. And everyone made bad choices. The way he was talking about them, though, made her think they must have had a good relationship wherever they came from, which spoke volumes in her mind. "Although I'm sure their mother had contributed a little bit," she teased. "Unless you're a single father. Or will be. This is confusing." She sighed a little and took another bite of her scone.
