Greg was still a bit unsure about Smuggled, as his knowledge of Muggle stuff was still sketchy and tainted by the things his family and Alecto Carrow had taught him. Still, he figured that squeaky dog toys were the same no matter where they came from, and he was sure Doug would enjoy it. Actually, Lea would probably enjoy it, too, as she seemed pretty amused about anything the puppy did. It was sweet, really, and it made Greg's job looking after her much easier.
He had picked a hamburger-shaped toy and decided to browse around to see what a Muggle shop had to offer when he saw Romilda Vane. He wasn't sure of what to say to her; she was from his future and saw him as a friend, but he hadn't lived through that yet. He felt like he was disappointing her all the time for not being the Greg she wanted. At the same time, he was aware that she and Lea fought a lot before the age change, and he felt uncomfortable about it, though he couldn't understand why.
Still, he felt like the best thing to do was to go say hello, especially since it looked as if she needed assistance - not that he knew much about Muggle stuff, really.
