Luna was struck with the urge to go swimming and see what fish she might be able to identify, but she brightened at the thought of the ducks, "I like ducks. Are we allowed to feed them?" She thought she could easily pass an afternoon speaking to the ducks and watching them preen their feathers and paddle around in water.
When he said the demon wasn't pleasant she squeezed his hand gently and wished that there was more she could do to comfort him, but it seemed that getting away from the topic was the best course of action, so she mused, "Perhaps the kraken had a very nasty temper or it was lonely because it was the only one." Smiling, she felt a swell of pride in her chest that Hermione had been invaluable to Rolf. It sounded like her, and she was proud that they were friends, "We didn't care for one another when we first met," Luna said happily, "She was very rude about my father and The Quibbler. It's easy to forget about that sometimes because we're such good friends now."
