Rolf nodded. He wasn't entirely sure of what could be going through her mind (given how incredible this place was, it would probably be a million questions), but after a year of seeing couples getting together and falling apart, he could make an educated guess.
"This place can be hard on people," he admitted. "I've seen couples who apparently remain happy back home split up, and I've seen relationships being formed when they never would have been possible in any other place. Me, though..." He gave her a smile. "I never had any doubt. Even when I was alone here, or when you didn't really know me, I had my memories to give me strength."
