She smiled a little bit when he said that they'd grown closer even though she hadn't known him when she arrived before, "That's good. I was...different back then." Of course, Luna had always been different in her own ways. She was different by default, and that had never bothered her. It was just that she worried in the past she wouldn't have been as receptive to Rolf and the two boys she was apparently the mother of. She hadn't been anywhere near ready for something like that up until the last few years.
For the first time, Luna wasn't entirely sure of her footing with him. He was glad to see her. That much was obvious, but it had been a long time for him. More than a year. She fell silent for a long few moments, just soaking up the moment because she didn't know what came next. This place had different rules than the world she knew, and everyone that she loved was different in some way. She pulled back just enough to look at him, without letting go of her embrace, "You waited for me? All this time?"
