Ted studied the younger man carefully. The one he had gotten to know was sure of himself. Confident. He had been a good man. This version of his nephew was... withdrawn. Careful. Ted could see it in his eyes. Draco was fragile. It all went back to the bloody war.
He shook his head to clear his thoughts and his smile returned. "This is true. At least I don't think it can. It was hard enough getting all this here. There could have been a glitch somewhere." He chucked softly.
"We as a board did, yes," he clarified. "I can't remember exactly who had the idea, but it was genius. I did know it from home -- sort of. I'd gone when I was younger, but Epcot Center had only opened about a year or so ago from where I was from, and apparently now they have an Animal Kingdom of some sort, so it's not quite the same as I remember it." He took a bite of his own soft serve. "It's brilliant, isn't it?"
