Oddly - or perhaps not - the main reason for him was Teddy. He wasn't sure how the boy would react to the situation, when the day was usually spent visiting his parents' graves, and would probably not need Harry there in the way he usually did, might not even want him around, but Harry knew he had to be there just in case. Remus and Tonks might be alive here, but he still had a duty as Godfather.
