Teddy came waltzing into the room a moment after she called for him, a bowl of popcorn in his arms (because when was Teddy not hungry?) and a smirk on his face. The weekend had gone way better than anticipated, and though it had gotten off to a rocky start Teddy had discovered two things in his parents absence: 1- He didn’t mind having the house to himself to do as he pleased and 2- He was particularly fond of having someone as brilliant and funny as Charity to share it with. And sharing a bed with her? It was strange to be happy about something as silly as that, but the truth of the matter is that it did make him quite pleased all things considered.
“I could if that’s what you really want.” He laughed a little bit. He’d been a big fan of the Lion King as a kid, but lets face it, what kid wasn’t---assuming they were born around the time of its production. Flopping on the couch, he passed the bowl to Charity. “Or we could see what’s on the Telly. Or we could watch a movie.”
