Harry looked down at his hands. "I don't know," he said, low and uncertain. "I don't know what it's like... I mean, how you're supposed to be, with parents. My whole life I just wanted them back, and now, it's like I don't know how to deal with adult relatives who give a shit. I even forgot my mum's birthday, I'm just... just not used to it." He sighed. "What if it's too late, Remus? They have Hope now, after all. They have this new start, with a new kid... hell every time they look at me it's probably just a reminder of how everything went wrong, how they lost me and each other. Maybe I should just stay away."
