Hestia's head rested on Fabian's shoulder when he shifted them. She was already exhausted, but she knew that there was no way she'd be getting sleep that night, not when her daughter was laying injured in the hospital.
"I don't want you to feel obligated." She said with a sigh, her eyes flicking over to the need her daughter lay in. "I'll only tell her if you want to be part of her life, like really want it. And only after she's better." Hestia chewed her lip, she felt like a failure for more protecting her daughter, but she was from the future and Hestia didn't know what future her was thinking.
"I remember being her age, in a war I didn't really know how to win. I never wanted that for her."
