Megan clung to Luna when she extended her arm. She didn’t know what to do and every bit of her ached. She frowned when Luna mentioned that it would hurt. If Luna was apparating, Megan could only assume that it was too far to walk, but she didn’t particularly want to cause herself more pain.
“I trust you.” Megan said finally, but it was little more than a whisper. She bit her already bloodied lip and squeezed her eyes shut in anticipation of the pain Luna had warned her about, in her mind trying to tell herself that it wasn’t likely as bad as she was thinking it was.
