Ted mulled over that for a moment. Teddy was the grandson he'd never lived to see in the real world. Here, he still hadn't gotten a chance to know him the way he'd wanted to. He'd never stop owing Harry Potter for helping to raise him, and who knew what role Draco had in the youngster's life back there?
But they weren't home. There was no magic and dynamics were much different. "I don't think you're being ridiculous," he said, putting a hand on his shoulder. It was a little strange, the angle all funny with the gloves on.
