WHO Hermione and Ron WHERE Beau Mangerie WHAT A dinner date! RATING Low? Most that will happen is some heavy kissing.
Hermione didn't understand why this sort of thing still terrified her. They had been on dates before. They had shared plenty of kisses. And yet when it came to discussing what was actually going on between them both, well, Hermione wasn't exactly finding it easy to start any sort of serious conversation. Most definitely not the norm for her of course. Hermione was usually no stranger to starting the more serious of conversations in many situations. She had always been logical. Longing to know just how things are and it seemed that her relationship with Ron was to be no different. Most definitely not.
She knew that the restaurant he had wished them to go to was, perhaps, slightly fancier than some places so she had found a pretty skirt and blouse and had ensured her curls were tamed more than usual. Although they knew pretty much everyone here and she felt that no one would really comment if they did not dress formally, or a little formally at least, she still wished to do as the rules stated. But now she just had to wait.
She had rather wished she could have a chance to speak with Ginny before they left but she knew her friend was busy. Given the discussion they had briefly had on Harry coming to meet Ginny, well, Hermione could guess that Ginny would need the time to prepare her mind for what may happen. So she sat quietly, her bag at her feet and a book in her lap, as she waited for Ron.
