For anyone who pitched in: Throughout the week Verity gathered various supplies and brought them over to Elephant Isle, stacking them neatly to the side somewhere. Thursday she cleared the area and set up the tents, tables, dance floor, and the fire pits. Friday she strung up the lights and set the cots up in the tents and all of the other finishing touches. The final theme was very gypsy-like.
There was plenty of food provided, and Verity made sure to have a massive selection of hot coco and a s’mores station.
Designated tents were set up for the underage attendees with gender specific wards.
As a special thank you to Helena Ravenclaw, Verity transfigured two chairs into a miniature live elephants for the first night.
Verity sent a package with a coco and s’mores to those who couldn’t make it to the trip.
