Vogg was a very entertaining individual, and Lucy was getting a kick out of everything he was doing. His fascination was amusing, but his enjoyment was contagious, and Lucy found herself smiling along with him. Nodding, she explained, "Well, I've never been on a horse. I don't think I've ever actually been near one, but the idea is similar, yes. Before we're of age to attend school we aren't permitted to use magic, and then there are restrictions until we've reached adulthood, and even then we aren't supposed to use it in front of muggles- er, non-magical people. And I spend a ton of time on a broom anyways, what with Quidditch and all."

In hindsight, it hadn't been a very good idea to wear such a light color, but she wasn't worried. Setting hers down, she wiped her mouth before making him two more, "Thank you, I'm very glad you like it... I feel like you should know what allergic means, just for my own piece of mind. I mean, I'm pretty sure you do- you looked like you did- but basically if you are allergic to something eating it or coming into contact with it makes you ill, and sometimes it can kill you." She slid the rather large container of chili over to him, along with a spoon, before returning to her own hotdog.
