Draco actually smiled as Cho stood there. He could tell she was nervous, but he couldn't guess if that was because she thought of him as a Death Eater or simply because he was Draco Malfoy. He hoped it was the latter though he guessed he couldn't expect that much from people though the more he learned about his future life, the more he wondered what changed between his last memories from the Final Battle and when he married. Did he do something worthy of forgiveness?
Cho, at her age, wouldn't know those answers, but Draco welcomed the chance to see someone close to his own time. While it was nice to know he wasn't completely hated later, it still felt strange to talk to people who knew what he grew up to be when he didn't. He also liked that Cho didn't know much about Lockwood either. It turned out his older version visited, but what good did that do him? Not a lick. Draco, in his mind, was still 17 (almost 18) and had a lot of growing to do. Maybe an afternoon with someone who could identify wouldn't be so bad. Plus Draco really did need groceries. "Actually, if you wouldn't mind showing me around a grocery shop, I'd like to accompany you. Thank you for thinking of me."
