Dennis jumped when Ollivander said his name, bringing him back to the present. He wasn't hiding from snatchers or on the lookout for anyone noticing him and Colin in a store that they shouldn't be in. He had to shake his head a few times and blink to push the memory away fringe front of his mind, where it had no place at the moment.
Dennis took the seat he was offered. "I came right from school so I wouldn't be late. I ran half of the way." He'd had to stop back to his house to get changed as well as his clothes hadn't been entirely presentable. "You can call me Denny though. Or Dennis. I'm not a master of anything."
