"You are such a pain," she said with an eye roll, wondering what on earth she had gotten herself into with him. Not that she wanted to change it necessarily. After all, her feelings for Gideon had gotten quite strong after the entire monster battle, stronger than she wanted to admit to herself. At first she had been nervous when he moved in and Hestia left, but now she wouldn't exactly know what to do with herself if he wasn't there. In other words, it was safe to say Amelia was pretty well hooked.
When he got off his swing like that though and began to walk away, Amelia slammed down her feet and decreased her speed, giving him an indignant stare. "Sit your ass back in the swing, Gideon Prewett. It's swing set time, not drinking time." Giving him a nod she hopped off her swing and walked over to him quickly, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Besides, you wouldn't want to leave me out here all alone. What if something tries to get me?" she asked innocently, her eyes going wide and pressing out her bottom lip in a fake pout. It was of course all a show, but it would be hard to admit she didn't look adorable.
