"I ran fair and square. Besides, unprepared or not your legs are longer than mine. You still could have beaten me fairly," she stated matter-of-factly before putting more momentum into her legs to swing herself a bit higher.
Rolling her eyes at his comments about her beating him at something one day, she retreated into her own thoughts a bit about the many different competitions she could come up with. But then again, it wasn't necessarily about the competition itself, it was about the fun that went along with it. But hell, she really, really hated losing. "Oh, I will," she said seriously, narrowing her eyes in his direction. "Don't you doubt my abilities, Gideon Prewett. I'm wily."
Pumping her legs a little bit more, she sighed happily at the feeling of wind in her face before addressing him. "Psh, whatever. I'll swing way better without your help anyway," she said jokingly, leaning back in her swing a bit to let her hair almost brush the ground. "But is it sad that I forgot how enjoyable swinging was?" It was true, she hadn't been on a swing set in a long, long time. But the throwback was nice, relaxing even.
"So, anymore exciting plans for the evening?" she asked with a slight wag of her eyebrow in Gid's direction.
