"I wasn't talking about abandoning me forever and cutting all ties, you daft idiot," Oli said mock seriously. He hadn't meant that, but hearing Percy say that still felt good. "I don't wanna stay here alone anyway," he added. He was glad that things between them were normal, or at least normal enough that Oli couldn't make out any differences. He wasn't going to fuck that up on purpose.
Oliver let out a huff. "I have decided to cut myself some slack," he told Percy. Ever since he had arrived Oli had, for the first time since graduation or the war, completely neglected his training and diet plan. "I'm going to have something terribly sweet and you can't stop me," he said with a bright grin. He felt better now that he'd seen the pitch up close.
