"Do you want a cuppa as well?" Oliver asked. He was going to make enough for at least two cups, since he had a habit of drinking two cups of tea each morning. Percy was more of a coffee person, Oli knew, but he still preferred to extend the offer.
He waited for Percy's reply before dragging himself into the kitchen to make his tea. It all felt a bit strange, suddenly being in a new kitchen. The place where Oli had lived after he signed with Puddlemere had been small, just big enough for one person. Oli hadn't planned to have guests often and he had firmly believed that smaller space meant less stuff and that in turn meant he'd create less of a mess. Of course that hadn't quite worked out as planned. Although the cottage here was nice, it was nothing compared to his mother's kitchen, not nearly as cosy and well-used.
While Oliver moved around the kitchen he listened to Percy playing in the living room.
