Oliver huffed a little, although he knew Percy meant it as a joke. He did, however, consider it a bit of a problem himself, which was why he was glad to have Percy around. He could control himself on his own most of the time, but having Percy there to keep an eye on him was reassuring. It was also more needed now that Oli was in the village. Back home he had it under control, except for a few times after losses, but even then it wasn't too bad. Since coming to the village he'd considered getting drunk several times and only the fact that there was no easily accessible booze around had stopped him.
"At least," Oli said with a teasing grin, "I don't randomly smooch people when I'm drunk," he finished and made a kissy face at Percy. His memory of the kiss was a little fuzzy and he couldn't remember if it had been good or bad at all, but he did remember it.
He remembered the few times he'd seen Percy drunk, or at least as drunk as Percy ever got, so Percy opening up when he was drunk wasn't a surprise for Oliver. Oli himself tended to hang on people when he was drunk, giving out hugs even more freely than usual. He also thought Percy was a little more open about his needs when he was drunk, at least Oliver remembered Percy actually asking for hugs when he was drunk, instead of just ignoring that. It wasn't like Oli would ever say no if Percy asked, but he also knew that Percy thought asking for these things might seem like a weakness, something Oli didn't ever agree with.
