"I'll drink this," Oli said, then took a long gulp of coffee. "And then I'll brush my teeth, change and then we can go," he decided. He wouldn't mind just going in the clothes he was wearing, but it probably wouldn't make a very good impression around the village. "I can't wait for food. I'm a growing man, I need it now." He grinned at Percy and sipped a little more of his coffee. It was good and strong, just like Oli liked it.
Of course Percy had worried. "It was more likely that I'd injure myself dancing than flying, you know." It was true, of course, what Percy had said and Oliver appreciated that he cared. "And nothing happened. We both came back down unharmed... and happy." he grinned. Flying always put a smile on his face. "Also I was back with you in time for the fireworks, just like I promised." Oliver had promised Percy to get off his broom before the fireworks started, just so Percy could relax a little, even if Oli doubted that it had helped. It had still felt amazing to fly again after so long.
Oli kept still when Percy fixed his hair. He'd meant to get it cut before he'd come to the village and then things had happened and he'd completely forgotten about it. The gel he'd put in the night before had helped, but his hair was still a mess now. "Maybe I should shower," he said and glanced up at his hair as much as he could.
