On the other hand, Percy was very much a morning person. Even with his slight hangover, he was fully functional and already planning the day's events. But first thing's first.
"Breakfast in not coffee," Percy said in an instructive tone, much like the way Professor McGonagal sounded when she meant to correct a student in class. But in Percy's case, his instruction was light-hearted. He then walked to the kitchen to collect the coffee things. While he made the preparations, he told Oliver, "When you finally pull yourself together, we can go out for a proper brunch. Possibly at Hannah's Cafe & Bakery. They have the most amazing pastries."
With the help of magic, it didn't take long for the coffee to be prepared, and very soon Percy returned to the couch with two steaming mugs. Oli's coffee was served black, while Percy added cream and lots of sugar to his own. He squeezed into what small space was available on the couch that wasn't occupied by Oli's sprawl. To force Oli to make more room, Percy told him, "Sit up," and bumped Oli's body with his hip, still balancing both mugs. "Before your coffee gets cold."
