(ooc: That's why I have to do ALL THE GOOGLING! XD Also here is Oli making assumptions about Percy and hugs)
Even at Hogwarts Oliver had always been fairly sure that Percy needed more physical affection, like hugs, than he got from his family. He'd learned early on that Percy wouldn't ask for it, either. Oliver would tackle his parents with hugs at home when he wanted one, but Percy wasn't like him in that. So Oliver had occasionally found excuses to give Percy a hug when the other looked like he needed it particularly much. Apparently that hadn't changed much over the years.
"When did George get a daughter?" Oliver asked, although that probably wasn't the most important piece of information at the moment. Then again, being George's daughter would definitely explain an affinity for pranks. Oliver had heard from the twins that they hadn't done it and he believed them. He also agreed with Percy's theory about them taking credit for their pranks. he couldn't remember them ever not admitting being behind a prank. "Any reason why she would have slipped you the toffee? Or do you think she picked you at random?" She was from ahead of his time, obviously, so Oliver didn't know if the two of them got along or anything. From what Percy was saying however, she didn't sound too pleasant.
