Who: Percy Weasley & Oliver Wood What: Catching up Where: riverbank When: Friday, late afternoon
Oliver apparated to the river after snapping shut his journal and storing it away with the rest of his belongings. He had to walk a few minutes before he finally found Percy and having some alcohol would have been great right then, but there wasn't much to be done about the lack of alcohol in the village and Oli wasn't about to go and ask around for some.
"Hey," he said, walking up to his friend and pulling his hands out of his pockets. His mind was still stuck on the conversation they’d just had through the journal a few minutes ago and he put his arms around Percy in a tight hug without even wasting a second thought on it. After 16 years of being friends Oliver had long ago picked up a habit of hugging Percy. The other rarely to never outright asked for them, but Oli came from a family that was never stingy with physical affection. It had stung a bit when he’d seen the crossed out lines in the journal, but he wasn’t going to pretend he hadn’t read them.
