"Good." The word was low and approving, likely more felt than heard. Adrian held the broom in a hover for a moment, taking the time to make sure he had the balance absolutely perfectly right. Then he leaned over, pulling Hugo with him slightly since Hugo still had his arms around him.
And the broom went. Skimming low, just above the ground, the grass fluttering under their feet, Adrian pushed the broom up to top speed. He pulled up just as they reached the other set of hoops, twisting into a lazy turn as he slowed and finally brought them coasting to a stop in the middle of the pitch.
As he caught his balance on the ground again, he twisted to look over his shoulder, grinning at Hugo. "That's what it's like to fly professional Quidditch. Only with a ball in your hand at the same time."
