"If you did that, I know more than a few people who would be incredibly sad." Ginny said softly. "Myself included." She hated seeing anyone like this, but knowing that it was family and someone she'd gotten close to since being here...well it hurt her knowing there wasn't much she could do to help. Outside of listen and offering some encouragement, what could possibly be done? Teddy had made his choice clear and going to him to guilt him into coming back to his wife and daughter wasn't going to help anyone. No matter how much she'd like to do it.
"I think...I think that maybe you need to take a step back from Teddy. If only for a while. Maybe someday you two can...rebuild your friendship, but for now, I think we just take this one day at a time. If talking to him isn't helping, if it's only making things worse, then you need to stop. At least for now." Personally, Ginny had a few other ideas for how to deal with Teddy, but something told her that Victoire would not be on board for them.
