Pansy — She sleeps with her windows closed so the pesky sun doesn't wake her before she's ready. She probably woke up and went to look out the window, to see how to dress for the day, and gaped at what she saw. This was the most wonderful surprise ever. She can pretend she's really in some tropical paradise for awhile and forget everything. Except work. Oh, right. She'll stare longingly out the window all day until she can leave. She will then park herself in a hammock and not move until the sun has set. She'll swim, too, and look at the fish/dolphins.
Charity — She's so excited, I can even explain. She shrieked when she saw the ocean, because it was summer where she came from and she felt like she was cheated out of a proper break. She seriously considers skipping school, but the Ravenclaw in her won't let her. As soon as school's out, she heads straight for the beach and swims with the dolphins until she's exhausted. Then naps in a hammock.
Hermione — She's a bit worried about her hair, but like all my others, is happy to see the ocean. It reminds her of her summer in France. She grabs a book and heads out to sit in a hammock and read/enjoy the crashing waves. She ventures out into the water a few times.
Emmeline — She moves her massage business out to the beach. What better place to relax? Plus, she doesn't even need to provide background music. It's already there! She desperately wants to play a game of beach volleyball. Anyone?
Justin — He's excited about the beach, too. Like, little kid excited. He wants to build a sand castle and then destroy it. He probably swims a lot and wants to know if anyone knows how to surf, and if so, if they can teach him.
