Draco held the door open for his son. The memory filled Draco with peace though it didn't belong to him yet. That alone made him forget Potter and his friends. "Scorpius," he reminded quietly, "I just arrived from the war. Food wasn't much of a priority then. I suppose my stomach shrunk, but I'm sure I'll get that appetite right back." Without thinking, he tapped the other boy's back. It was amazingly easy to feel affection for his son. Still, being so young, Draco wondered if Lucius ever felt that way toward him. "Remember who does the worrying here!" He gestured for Scorpius to follow him. "So I've heard you made a new friend." He raised his eyebrows pointedly.
