Even though Daphne was still feeling out of sorts in this village, she was glad she had people she was familiar with and people she liked that seemed to know what was going on to keep her sane. When Tracey had suggested coffee, she'd jumped at the opportunity. She hadn't had much of a chance to spend some one on one time with one of her closest friends, and with Tracey, Daphne didn't have to filter much of what she said and could discuss how she really felt about a lot of things.
Luckily, Daphne was able to secure some pastries from the bakery as well as a basketful of strawberries, and so she toted these as she adjusted the beret she'd worn in honour of the occasion. Once she'd gotten to the right cabin, she knocked on the door.
