WHO: Molly & Arthur Weasley
WHAT: Corrupting her husband Explaining a few things
WHEN: Breakfast
WHERE: The Burrow
RATING: Low, but maybe a little PG-13 because Molly is a little amused.
Molly had woken up before Arthur. That wasn't unusual. She'd always been an early riser. She hadn't noticed anything amiss until others in the village began writing, and there was suddenly a lot going on. This had happened before, when she was still pregnant. She'd been aged to just after the second war; just after burying Fred. It was still vague like a dream, but she did remember. She was glad to have escaped this time. She was finally starting to feel like, maybe, she might have a handle on herself, and she was glad not to change again. Then Arthur wrote, and he was so young. Not much younger than she, but still from before they were married. She couldn't remember exactly how far they'd gone by his time. He was her first, but she didn't know if he came before or after she was with him.
She gathered the baby and put him in his bouncing chair, charmed not not move no matter how hard he bounced, and set about making breakfast. She hummed a little to herself and Artie as she cooked and hatched a bit of a mischievous plan. She wasn't so distracted that she missed the sound of Arthur entering the kitchen. She turned and smiled at him warmly. Setting her spatula aside, she, in her slightly low cut spring dress, sauntered over to her husband. She stopped when their chests were flush, wrapped her arms around his shoulders, and pulled him to her for a long, slow kiss. If they hadn't started kissing like this yet, Molly was going to speed up Arthur's timeline a bit because she loved him no matter what, and he was always going to be the most attractive man on the planet to her. She was just glad that he was 18 and not younger. When her lungs demanded air, she pulled away just enough to speak. "Breakfast will be ready soon. Say hello to your son."
