Who: Rolf Scamander and Vogg. What: Vogg meets a new person. Where: Vogg shows up at Rolf's house. When: [BACKDATED] to Saturday.
Vogg was finally getting used to the village. It had been a lot to taken at first, both in terms of the vast cultural and language differences, and the fact that prior to his arrival in the woods, he’d had no idea that magic was a real thing. Of course, he’d heard stories of people receiving the gift of the gods, and people mastering it. But like many of the legends, Vogg viewed them with a slight skepticism, believing in only things he knew possible.
There wasn’t much to do in the village, but Vogg didn’t believe in having nothing to do. He would cut wood, he would drop by the smithery and help Godric with weapons, go to the woods and hunt, or duel Godric. He would sit in on class, he would learn about the modern myths and culture, learn English, attempt his hand at magic (which, he recognizes now as a futile attempt, but he doesn’t see why he shouldn’t since he’s here).
The village was small though, smaller than his native town of Uppsala. And on days that dragged longer than most, he missed his home, his farm, his parents and younger siblings. He had friends, and obligations, and barmaids there to occupy his time. Vogg liked meeting the new people here, he liked telling people about his life, and when George suggested he drop by someones house, Vogg was more than willing to oblige.
Coming from the castle, sword sheathed by his side, he jogged over the house number he’d been given before pounding (a little harder than he’d meant to) on the door.
“Is there someone named Rolf here?” Vogg beamed. His english was getting much better, though he still had a heavy Swedish accent.
