She shook her head at his question. "Not so much. Roger's not exactly a pureblood and well...I don't even know if I end up married. Of course mum's always on me about settling down and she tries to set me up on dates with people we know, which can be a bit awkward, but it's...they're not so bad." She looked at him quietly for a moment. "I guess it's good you didn't have to worry about it."
She bit down on her lip for a moment before she tried to think of the way to phrase it. "Well...I guess that's my old prejudice popping up again. Sorry. He was just a bit of a ninny in school is all. You mi--" She cut herself off before going on, glad to have caught it because she didn't want to remind Alphard of upsetting things in the future. "He's better now. If we spoke before, it was never anything nice. Opposite sides and all."
Parvati couldn't help the smile at his reaction to her job. "I promise I will remind you. If you even look at though you might think something that might end up with terribly crinkled clothes, I will be sure to inform you to rethink it." She laughed a little, shaking her head. "I'm afraid I'll know better, Alphard, but as a very innocent person, I suppose I can try to pretend you are very innocent."
