Parvati wasn't really upset about who she ended up with. Honestly, Godric was one of the better options. If she'd been worried about embarrassing herself in front of her founder before, she was no longer concerned. She'd done far more embarrassing things than anything she was liable to do from now on. It wasn't even that she regretted them so much as the circumstances surrounding them. Really. If you were going to snog your founder among all the other things, you should be in your right head, not your love-potion-induced head.
Dinner had been quiet and good. Thankfully. Everyone was still fairly shocked, but there was nothing that could be done for that. By the end of it, however, Parvati was more than prepared for the alcoholic portion of the night. She'd had enough time in her head to think about things far too much. There were things that had happened that made her blush to think about only she couldn't help it. It just happened. So the alcohol was going to help her. At least for a little bit until it stopped. "You're charming all the time, alcohol or not." There was a shrug. She didn't really mind drunk people that much. Sometimes it was a little confusing, but most times, it was fine. "Hmmm...I might copy you. I don't know how charming I am on scotch, but we can just find out."
