Who: Hannah and Neville Where: #14 When: Sunday evening (posted a little early so we have time to play) What: Dinner Status/Rating:Closed (Susan can pop in since she lives there)/PG at most
Hannah was both nervous and excited about the evening. She was excited because she had missed these dinners that had become a habit when Neville was here before. The nervousness came from knowing she possessed knowledge he didn't necessarily have. Knowledge that because of where they came from in their lives she didn't think she needed to overwhelm him with. As long as she could keep from saying anything too obvious things should be alright.
When she got home from the store she put all the ingredients on the kitchen counter before heading in to take a shower and get dressed for the evening. Once she was comfortable with how she looked Hannah went ahead and put the meat on to cook. She then set up the potatoes for Neville and figured that she'd focus on preparing the other vegetables while he worked on the potatoes. It would give them both something to do as it seemed rude of her to go ahead and prepare everything else in the interim then end up waiting for him to finish the job she had promise to him. Not that she thought he'd mind if she went ahead and did the potatoes herself. It just seemed that giving them both something to do would help give them, or rather her, something to focus on.
Shortly after everything was in place to begin work toward the rest of the meal Hannah thought she heard a knock on the door.
