Many people would feel strange holding their father's hand when they were basically fully grown, but most people had seen their fathers recently. Devi didn't even think about it as Roger led her into the house. She looked around at the decor and smiled.
"You can tell they both live here," she said. "Mum and Parvati. It's like our house and Aunt Parvati's house had a lovechild."
