Sirius couldn't help but laugh at Lorcan's comment. He should have known better than to try and hide anything from a half-vampire he lived with. It had been so long since he felt like he could share anything personal with someone other than James, Remus, and Peter that he'd forgotten how to not act defiant all the time. It was a reflex to shut the world out, and one that had apparently served him I'll. Lorcan had surprised him. He found more and more he didn't mind being open with the man. He wanted them to get to know each other well.
"Sorry, I wasn't being all that honest when we made the deal." Sirius said softly. His fingers slid from the keys and fell into his lap. "I didn't think I'd remember that we'll, though. I haven't played since I was sixteen." His eyes lifted to Lorcan, an apologetic smile on his face.
