The feeling of him next to her was so natural, but something she hadn't felt in years. She couldn't tell exactly how she was supposed to feel or react. She wanted to tell him to never go rock climbing again, but that didn't make logical sense did it? She knew she couldn't stop him from going and she knew he wasn't even their yet. He had four years until that moment.
She could read his face, she could feel he was nervous. Perhaps it was her own nerves rubbing off on him, or it was just the situation of the village. Nothing here seemed to be easy. She wished she'd reached out to Fred, Cedric, Colin or one of the other people here who knew they were to die but were alive here. How to best explain to them.
"Let's get inside." She said nodding in the direction of the house she was in here. She was pretty sure Parvati was out at the moment which would mean they'd have some privacy. As she got to the door she opened the door quickly leading him to the living room. She was taking her time, she wasn't sure exactly how to handle this.
Sitting on the couch she waited for him to do the same. "A lot has happened." She started. "Chanda was sorted to Ravenclaw." She said with a sad smile. She missed their girls terribly. "In 2016, you..." The words chocked up in her throat. Saying them... Would they change everything? He had to know, he'd find out one way or the other here. "You went on a rock climbing trip...." She couldn't do it, the tears were back. Instead of explaining she reached down to the chain around her neck that now just held his wedding ring. Slipping it off she held it out to him.
