"Living, then." Trish said with a nod, trying not to smile. It was a serious conversation, of course. Still, there was something very endearing about the way he described it. It was like when a person described going back to life without their spouse: you could feel the happy memories in that life more than the pain of the loss.
"I don't think it will ever feel normal, do you?" Trish said softly. "All of that stuff, George, it all happens over years. Not tomorrow. Though, I suppose how it might feel like it's all happening right now in a place like this. Also, there's no such thing as replacing anyone." She said sternly.
"You know, I think you would make a fantastic father."
