1. I have always loved Greek Myth. The Trojan War is such an epic part of it that was interestingly more about mortals than the Olympians, so I liked that change. Ever since joining FG, I knew I wanted a Greek character so I looked on the list of wanted. I'm not sure I would have considered Helen right off the bat, but the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to portray her as more than the stereotypical 'hot chick'. I wanted her strength to be more than in her beauty. 2. Her sheer thirst for survival is a strength in that she's adaptable and would do almost anything to get ahead. 3. Everywhere she goes, she seems to create problems with her looks. She's also got the more sexual and narcissistic thing working against her. 4. Ridiculously easy most days, which is interesting because it was tricky getting started. 5. I am personally most proud of the way I started this one. In modern times, I really liked showing her unexpected other side. I also like the latter part of Helen's conversation with Patroclus when they're in bed. It shows her softer side. That she's actually a decent, caring person and is genuinely fond of Pat. 6. Off the top of my head, she needs to figure out this shit with Paris and Patroclus. Also, Ren has plotted a rumor mill starting photo shoot with Achilles for boosting his image after the recent lawsuit. More dramaz shall ensue from this, I'm sure.
