Going over the entire cast list would be unnecessarily cruel. Also I fall into that RP trap of playing men out of habit more than women -- my female characters have traditionally crashed and burned barring the sole exception in most every game.
Carnival: Archie is my adoration for the weird and the wonderful. Old style freakshows, genetic mutation made a thing of awe instead of science (which makes no sense, because I love science, but there you have it). Take something the average person would find unpalatable to look at for long, and Archie and I will fawn over it.
Divorce: So Mona's appearance as first FG character was a shock to me because, you know, female. Like her, I'm prepared to pick up and leave should a situation demand -- there's always a bag packed and stashed somewhere on the premises. That balance of practicality and whimsy she has is more me than not, as is the willingness to lie in wait and... well, wait. The self-preservational mask wearing is there, too.
Desmond is less distinctively me and just caters more to the equally knee-jerk reaction I have for playing slightly manic, egotistical men. I think it's a role reversal thing. ::snorts:: He does have my fondness for hedonism and nicknames. To be honest, I rarely put active thought into playing Divorce (AND IT SHOWS! ahahahaha ._.); everything tends to be by the seat of my pants. We do share a disdain for being told what to do, an urge to fly solo, and a dislike for traditional gender roles -- that is, methinks, why Mona is more "butch" than your typical woman and Desmond a bit more effete than your typical man.
Envy: I swear I am marginally less creepy in person than Envy is. I dunno, we both share a deep-seated attraction to Pride? XD
Hephaestus: Was gonna say not a damn thing, but then I thought of his desire to break out from the roles both family and mythos have shoehorned him in to. So there we go, then.
Metatron: What, an agnostic lapsed Jew play the Christian Voice of God? IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE. >_> Dry humor. Like the Sahara. 'Nuff said.
Punk: My undying love for the Sex Pistols despite their overall lack of musical skill. Oh, and the willingness to call people on their bullshit. In person I manage to cut out around 20% of the profanity. ::beams:: Plus the whole questioning/resenting authority thing.
