Who: Patroclus, Hector and Helen
What: Reunions (OH, THIS WILL GO WELL!)
When: Saturday evening, Sept 25th
Where: Sea-Tac airport, and then I suppose Hector's home OOOooooOOOo
Patroclus wouldn't believe it. He wouldn't believe that Helen didn't care for him above anyone else unless he heard it from her lips. Achilles and others had told him on countless occasions that Helen was fickle and that her attentions changed with the tides. She had chosen him. She had told him if she could have chosen for herself so many years ago, she would have chosen him then too. Their relationship was built on love, not sex.
That was what Patroclus believed and that was what he would continue to believe until Helen herself said so. Maybe he wanted to think the best of people, and maybe he just wanted to think that he was fit for a queen. Either way, he was in for a bitter awakening and he had no idea. When he stepped off of the plane, he felt excited that he would see his girlfriend and worried at the state he might find her in.
He wasn't looking forward to seeing Hector again either, considering the last time they had been in the same place together, Patroclus had died.
