"I never asked." Glibt said truthfully; prior to her relationship with Mark, she hadn't wanted to pry into her sister's personal life and, once she had fallen in love with Mark, she had done her best to block the knowledge that Layla and Mark had been a relationship previously out of her mind. "But, no, we don't have to talk about this anymore. Not when the sun is warm and we're getting married in January." If Glibt sounded as giddy at the prospect then as she had when Mark had first asked, well, no one could blame her.
Shifting slightly in his arms, she nuzzled lightly against Mark's jawline, happy that they had discussed the broader details and content in the knowledge that, with those details figured out, the other, minuscule, small details would fall into place. Once they had a venue, of course, and once they had a date that was set in stone.
"Anything else you think we should discuss regarding the wedding?" Glibt's smile took on an edge of playfulness. "Or is it time for more sunscreen? Wouldn't want your fiance to burn to a crisp, now, would you?"
